Erin DiCesare is a certified Level 2 Barre Above Instructor and has recently completed HIIT training specifically for barre classes. She loves teaching barre and sees the benefits of this low impact workout that focuses on mobility, flexibility, and strength training.  She also currently holds an ACE Personal Training and ACE Group Fitness Certification. She also currently serves as an Associate Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies and Department Chair of the Interdisciplinary Studies, Religion and Philosophy Department at Johnson C. Smith.  She holds a Ph.D in Interdisciplinary Humanities from Florida State University. Her major research areas are in the fields of Gender and Sexuality Studies and Mass Media and Popular Culture. Even in her work as a professor she preaches self care and wellness to her students, showing them that it is important to find a work-life balance to reduce stress and promote healthy living. She believes that fitness is an important part of functional daily living and enjoys teaching inclusive classes to show that fitness is meant to be fun.

HI! I am Coach Tiffany. I reside in Kannapolis, NC with my two boys. I became an ACE certified personal trainer in 2019. I have provided individualized fitness programming and balanced macro meal planning for clients since. I support fitness for clients of all levels and thoroughly enjoy the support we can give each other through group fitness! I am passionate about living a balanced lifestyle with a focus on health and happiness! I will be coaching group fitness, offering personal training sessions, and offering meal programming! I look forward to our time together in the gym!
