Circuit
Circuit created using stations with different equipment and drills for a full body workout. Modifications provided for high and low intensity. All levels welcome.
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
Kick up the intensity of your cardio workouts with this 45 minute HIIT workout. You will burn more fat in a shorter period of time as traditional cardio. Plus you will help build a healthier heart and increase your metabolism. All levels welcome. No equipment required. 
HIIT Yoga
HIIT yoga is exactly what it sounds like: A yoga session and a HIIT class rolled into one. Structured with a combination of high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, and slow-flow stretches to relieve any tension.
LIIT - Low Impact Interval Training 
This 45 minute workout is low on impact while still providing lots of intensity for a full body workout.  Low impact cardio moves, body weight resistance training and core movements. All levels are welcome. 
SCIT - Strength and Cardio Interval Training
This 45 minute class will have intervals of strength and cardio for a full body workout. It’s the best of HIIT and HIRT combined together for one amazing workout that will have you burning fat, heart pumping and body sweating. 
Sculpt
A full body strength training workout utilizing dumbbells, bars or bands to get lean and toned. Weights are used on the lighter side for timed sets to increase intensity while maintaining proper form. 
Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, yet modifications are given for ALL LEVELS of practitioners. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind.
Rower
Reserve the rower for a 30 minute workout. Limited to 2 participants. Video instruction workout provided to beginners.
