Core & More is a full-body workout with extra focus on building a stronger core, better balance, and improved stability. This class goes beyond crunches. You’ll train your abs, back, hips, glutes, shoulders, and deep-stabilizing muscles so your body feels stronger in everyday life and in every other workout.
Expect a mix of strength training, balance work, controlled core exercises, functional movement, and a little cardio sprinkled in to keep things moving.
