Service Description
Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and power up your lower body! This class targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core with effective strength training moves designed to build muscle and improve definition. You’ll lift, squat, and lunge your way through a dynamic workout that pushes your strength to the next level. To top it off, we’ll finish with a powerful burnout round that leaves your legs and core fired up and feeling unstoppable.

Cancellation Policy
Get Fit Together has a 1-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any class reservation at least 1 hour before class starts with no penalty, and the class credit will be available for you to rebook. A class canceled less than 1 hour before the start time is considered a "Late Cancel" and will be forfeited. Contact the studio at 704-251-9090 for late cancellations. A class booked but not attended is considered a "No Show" and will be forfeited and assessed a $5 fee. You can cancel your class by accessing your online account. Another option is to call or text the studio at 704-251-9090. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted through social media messages, email, or with an instructor.
