Participation & Liability Waiver
I understand that bungee fitness includes physical activity using equipment like bungee cords and harnesses. I agree to take part in this program offered by Get Fit Together, which may include strength training and cardio-based movement.
I understand that:
Exercise always carries some risk of injury, including bruises, muscle strains, joint injuries, equipment malfunctions, or rare serious health events.
Bungee fitness adds unique risks like improper harness fit, entanglement, impact injuries, or slipping or falling while suspended.
I must follow all safety instructions from the staff, and failure to do so may increase my risk of injury.
By signing this waiver:
I accept full responsibility for my health and safety during participation.
I release Get Fit Together and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or accidents that happen during or as a result of participation.
Assumption of Risk
To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition with no known medical issues that would be worsened by participating in bungee fitness. I understand that if I have not received medical clearance, I am choosing to participate at my own risk.
I accept that:
Exercise can be physically demanding and may lead to things like fainting, abnormal heart rate, or other health complications.
Bungee fitness, in particular, may cause discomfort or injury due to the nature of the equipment and movements involved.
My results will vary, and no guarantees are being made.
Photo and Video Release
I give permission for Get Fit Together to use any photos or videos taken of me during class for promotional purposes, including on their website, social media, flyers, or educational materials. I understand I won’t receive compensation for this, and I release all rights to the images or recordings.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms. I release Get Fit Together from any liability and accept the risks involved in bungee fitness.
