Our Bungee Fitness Advanced class builds on the foundational movements learned in Bungee Basics and takes your workout to the next level. You’ll learn new moves, combine skills into fun flowing sequences, and challenge your strength, coordination, and endurance in a whole new way.


This low-impact, high-energy workout keeps the excitement high while staying easy on the joints. Expect more dynamic movement, faster transitions, bigger confidence, and plenty of fun along the way.


Perfect for participants who are comfortable with the basics and ready to fly a little higher.


This class is for members who have completed at least 2 Bungee Fitness Basic classes. This class moves fast and does not include instruction on basic jumps or bungee setup.
