Yes. All participants must create their own account to register for classes. This allows us to track attendance, maintain waivers, and process payments securely.

No. Walk-ins are not accepted because class spots are limited and set-up is customized for each participant based on height and weight.

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified in order of the list and given the opportunity to register.

Yes. Private sessions can be scheduled for up to 8 participants. • Base package: $150 for up to 6 participants • Each additional participant (up to 8 total) is available at an added cost.
