The challenge is very simple to follow and must be done every day for 30 days to get as many points as possible. Each day will include exercises from the challenge sheet that will be posted in a private Facebook Group and sent via text. Some days will have bonus challenges for extra points. The person at the end with the most points wins the Grand Prize!
